BOTOX is a non-surgical simple procedure that can smoothen moderate to severe frown lines at the ages of 18 to 65. It is FDA approved.
A one treatment, consisting of tiny few injections and takes only 10 minutes.     The improvement is noticeable on the lines and can last up to 4 months, results may vary.

Individuals with peripheral motor neuropathic diseases (e.g, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or motor neuropathy) or neuromuscular junctional disorders (e.g, myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eaton syndrome) should only receive BOTOX® with caution. Patients with neuromuscular disorders may be at increased risk of clinically significant systemic effects including severe dysphagia and respiratory compromise from typical doses of BOTOX®.

During your pre-treatment free consultation session, the treatment will be discussed fully in light of your health conditions.   During your consultation, all necessary forms are filled out and all your concerns are addressed.

Botox is also indicated for the treatment of severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) that is inadequately managed with topical agents.  Treatment is determined based on the individual condition keeping in mind contraindication and safety precautions.

IPL is categorized with Lasers though there are some differences in the delivery of light if you study the physics behind it.

IPL/Laser for hair removal:

IPL / laser remove hair and impair the hair follicles ability to re-grow. Not all hairs are actively growing at the same time. There are three distinct phases: Growth, regression, and resting. The IPL system works by disabling the hair while in the active growth phase at the time treated. Our staff will help you develop the best program that helps meet your hair treatment goals. Treatments have been proven to work best at around 4 week intervals.

The ideal candidate has dark hair and a fair to medium skin type. However, at our consultation session, we will determine if you are a good candidate for IPL hair removal, and it can be used on most skin types. Expect to need at least 6 treatments, depending on the area being treated, while strong thick hair requires more treatments to achieve results.

Spider Vein Therapy

Spiders veins are classified into 2 categories:  Cosmetic and medical; cosmetic ones can be on the face especially by the nose, while spider veins on the legs can be sporadic, with no significant signs and symptoms.  The medical varicose veins are usually more apparent, may be larger in diameter and can be caused by underlying reasons with some signs and symptoms or accompanying some complaints by the patient. 

Treatment at derma is done on cosmetic spider veins as a combination of injections and laser.  Lasers can help vanish visible spider veins alone and or with Sclerotherapy injections in different treatment sessions.

Treatment can vary from 1-3 sessions depending on the case.
